1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using AffiliEngine AI Pro ("the App") on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

AffiliEngine AI Pro is an automated content creation, affiliate marketing synchronization, and SEO blogging engine designed for Shopify merchants. The App assists merchants by researching public product specifications (e.g. from Amazon and video links), synthesizing comprehensive review articles with AI, and publishing them to the merchant's Shopify Online Store blog.

3. Merchant Responsibilities & Content Ownership

• Affiliate Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all affiliate links, Amazon Associates disclosures, and marketing claims comply with the policies of your respective affiliate networks and local laws (e.g. FTC guidelines).
• Content Review: While our AI engines generate high-quality editorial content, merchants maintain full editorial control and are advised to review drafts before publishing.
• Intellectual Property: All articles generated and published to your Shopify store belong entirely to you as the merchant.

4. Subscriptions & Billing (Shopify Billing API)

• All recurring subscriptions and charges for AffiliEngine AI Pro are processed exclusively through Shopify's native App Billing API.
• Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial where indicated. After the trial period expires, charges will appear directly on your regular Shopify monthly invoice.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time within the Shopify Admin or by uninstalling the application.

5. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling AffiliEngine AI Pro from your Shopify Admin. Upon uninstallation, all active background automations and recurring billing cycles will be immediately halted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that generated content will rank at a specific position on search engines or result in guaranteed affiliate sales. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AffiliEngine AI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
